is the website really free?
Yes. We design and build your site at no cost, including two change sessions. The only ongoing cost is $35/month for hosting, which keeps the site online, secure and backed up.
so how do you make money?
Hosting. Part of your $35 pays for servers, security and backups, and we keep a small margin. Because we use AI and our existing design library, a build costs us far less than it used to — so we skip the big upfront fee.
who owns the site? what if I stop paying?
The site stays live as long as hosting is active. If you want to leave, buy it outright for $999 — we hand over all the files and you can host it anywhere. If hosting stops without a buyout, the site goes offline.
what counts as a "change session"?
A round where you review the site and send us everything you want changed — wording, photos, colors, sections. We make the changes and send it back. Two rounds are free before launch. After launch, changes are $74/hour, only when you ask.
can you build an online store?
Yes — products, checkout, even customer or contractor logins. Stores vary a lot in size and complexity, so we'll talk through what you need and give you a clear quote before any work starts.
is my site just a template?
No. Every design in our library is original, built by our team over years of client work. AI helps us adapt those designs quickly, and a person on our team reviews and refines every page so it fits your business.
